Transitional Housing -
Plus Foster Care (THP+FC)
Housing options only for non-minor dependents who have transitioned into Extended Foster Care and are between the ages of 18-21. Dependents will receive:
- A furnished house or apartment, located in various cities within San Bernardino or Riverside County which would be shared with 1 or more program participants.
- Monthly Stipend and Matched Savings Deposits
- Job Readiness Training and Support
- Educational Guidance
- Independant Living Training & Courses
- Individual and Group Therapy
- Life-Coaching
- 24-Hour Crisis Intervention and Support
Transitional Housing -
Plus (THP-Plus)
Housing options for young adults who have exited foster care, on or after their 18th birthday. They are eligible to receive services for 36 cumulative months or until the age of 25. Young adults will receive:
- A furnished house or apartment, located in various cities within San Bernardino or Riverside County which would be shared with 1 or more program participants.
- Monthly Stipend and Matched Savings Deposits
- Job Readiness Training and Support
- Educational Guidance
- Independant Living Training & Courses
- Individual and Group Therapy
- Life-Coaching
- 24-Hour Crisis Intervention and Support
